B I O G R A P H Y The first young person that the Big Boss hired was Tekno. Tekno was given the title of V.P. of Technological research. This means that he is in charge of computer chores, drawing new toys and packaging designs, develops new toy ideas through computer generated sketches and approves the educational value of all new toys. In order to feel a part of the toys that he is helping to create he always wears a component of one of our toys.
