Guttman then went out and looked for the best production and manufacturing man in the business.  He found him in a guy named Alloi.  Alloi builds all of our toys.  He does everything from making clamshells for our foam products to working the injection molds for our plastic products.  He makes sure that everything in the factory is running smoothly.  If one of our production machines breaks down, he pulls out a wrench and fixes it.  He always wears proper safety equipment when working with any of the factory’s machines, conveyor belts and other tools of the toy trade.
